10/28/15 :: Wuhan, China
Jupiter Oxygen Corporation (JOC) is participating at the 5th Oxyfuel Combustion Research Network Meeting in Wuhan, China. This International Energy Agency Greenhouse Gas R&D Programme (IEAGHG) meeting is organized in partnership with Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) and held on 27th – 30th of October 2015 at the Hongyi Hotel in Wuhan, China.
Jupiter Oxygen will present on October 28 “Result of High-Flame Temperature Oxy-Combustion Tests at the 15 MWth Test Facility and its Application to Refineries”.
Meet with Jupiter Oxygen representatives, Mr. Mark Schoenfield (Executive Vice President Operations & General Counsel), and Ms. Catherine Chen Jing, Director of Development China, to discuss advanced fossil energy strategies.
JOC’s oxy-combustion based carbon capture technologies in conjunction with CO2 utilization offer economic solutions to substantially mitigate CO2 emissions. Co-benefits from applying those technologies to coal fired power plants and refineries will be air pollutant control, as well as CO2 utilization, via enhanced oil recovery (EOR) or enhanced coalbed methane (ECBM) recovery with permanent storage of the CO2. Jupiter Oxygen is engaged in CCUS demonstration project activities in China, India, Mexico and the US.
