The twenty-third session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 23) and the thirteenth Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Kyoto Protocol (CMP 13), and fourth part of the first conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris agreement (CMA 1.4) will take place from November 6 through 17 in Bonn, Germany.
